Terms and Conditions

• Booking A booking is considered as a prepaid lesson or a prepaid bundle of 5, 10 or 20 lessons. A booking can be purchased with both Pounds sterling or Euros.
• Cancellations Once a lesson is booked, to cancel it or reschedule it, you’ll be required to give 48 hours notice to receive credit for the missed lesson. However sometimes lessons are cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control; for a postponement or to reschedule a lesson, even if the request is received at the “last minute” and I’m able to find an available slot within the following 2 working days, I’ll be happy to move the lesson without incurring in the loss of your credit. If I have to cancel I will of course give credit for the missed lesson.
• In every other event no credit will be given. The same applies for all the booked lessons in bundles of 5, 10 or 20.
• Refunds A refund for a single lesson or for any bundle, can only be granted in the following instance: In case a booking has been made 14 days or more prior the date of the single lesson booked or the first lesson of a booked bundle, and the request of refund has been made within 48 hours from when the payment has been made. In every other event no refund will be given.
• Cancellations by the Teacher If I am unable to conduct a lesson I will notify you as soon as possible. I will always make up lessons missed on my behalf towards the end of a bundle and if this is not possible, I will offer a refund for the missed lesson or carry the lesson over to the following bundle.
• If you wish to discontinue the lessons No deposit is required! If you feel that you wish to terminate all the sessions for good at the end of a bundle, you are required (by courtesy) to give at least one week cancellation notice.
• If you wish to carry on after the end of a bundle If you enjoy the lessons and you wish to continue after the end of a bundle, you need to confirm it. To avoid the risk of losing your weekly slot, you should make the necessary payments in advance without missing any week. You will receive a reminder 1 week before the end of the bundle.

Tiberio Ventura does not have access to customers accounts data, such as profiles, card details or log in information which are handled by GoDaddy.
