My musical career started when I was very young in the mid eighties. From a very early age I was already playing gigs and recording. A record deal with an italian independent record company, recorded 2 albums and out in tour from around 1988 to 1992.
In 1993 I moved to London where I was working from a band to another, playing different styles from Rock to Jazz and from Blues/Funk to Latin.
In 2000 I graduated with Thames Valley University, today West London University, in popular music and performance.
In 2002 I formed the Salsa Latin Jazz Band: Mustard Latino which I led and worked with for nearly 15 years.
The teaching has always been present alongside the performing, in 2004 I joined as a licenced teacher Bromley Youth Music Trust and ever since I’ve been teaching in many schools in Bromley and in the south east London area.
With BYMT we are periodically trained with all the safeguarding issues and aspects of teaching.
In over 3 decades I have developed a high degree of experience in many areas; both in the music business as well as across the teaching spectrum.
As a specialist music teacher I expect to explore and find attributes in my pupils through hard work and dedication, to enhance the qualities of talented students, and to encourage and stimulate the less talented.
In October 2019 I joined Chiswick Saturday Music School.
A side of my career running parallel to the teaching and performing, was always the composing and producing of music videos, for which you can read about on the following page or on the rest of the website.
